Sales Co-Ordinator Set Up

This is where we have implemented (some would say daring changes) changes to how applications for job opportunities are handled. As a small operation one of our corner stones is that everyone needs to pull their weight even if that means stepping outside of their confort zone. 

We like people to show initiative in our day to day operations as that reinforces to Phil and I that we are indeed on the right track when it comes to our state of the art in house training. We have expanded on this with the job opportunity for a Sales Co-Ordinator.

We have decided to let the applicants drive their own applications and while they are doing this we can assess their strengths in various skills especially those of time management and planning and hone on the areas that they need to improve.
